It does not show the movies that you show on TV

Why am I not finding a show advertised to be included in the programming? And another series is missing season 1? How did it all begin I wonder?! Just downloaded so we will see.

Why is Johnson not on the bounce app, that’s the best show on bounce!!!!

Unable to see channels or watch shows

It’s a simple app when it comes to direction. However I can never find either the show I’m looking for or the beginning of an entire season. This is my second time downloading this app. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it.

Not playing right. I choose something to watch and it reverts to the last thing I watched. Where the heck is the Home Screen. I’m just wasting money

What happened to the daily schedule on the app?

I’m not able to watch paternity court on this app

Trying to binge watch the Johnson and first of all it’s not available on demand though Fios and second when I binge watch it on my iPad it keeps shutting down.

Like the reruns they show.

It keeps freezing so I can’t get to watch the episodes.

The shows are great on Bounce, but this app is terrible! It constantly freezes, after I watch an episode the screen just goes dark and I have to go out and come back in. Who ever developed this app should go back to the drawing board and figure something out!

Every time one show go off then you try and go to the next one you get kicked out and have to go back into the app to load back up and the commercials keep freezing up a lot where you have to go back out and start over and the show on Johnson never returns to where you left off at it always starts over other than that no other complaints

Season 3 Johnson still not working as advertised

I only gave the APP a four because I can’t cast to my television. This is the only app, I can’t use with my Google Chrome-cast.

UI/UX design is just sad. An app that looks like the most basic template ever created. Y’all need some seasonin’ on this app.

Johnson won’t play. Everything else shows

This app is less than limited movies and series to view. I expected more!!

I don't see any of the movies advertised at all very disappointed in this my tv cable station doesn't have this network so I downloaded it to my iphone and nothing at all very disappointed

You can’t watch anything live,🥺 the heart button doesn’t work 🥺and it’s telling me there’s no startion near me 🥺when I’m clearly looking at it on THEIR list! Don’t bother. I deleted it. #Worthless 🥸

I thought this app would allow you to watch ‘Live’ tv. Nearest TV station where live Bounce is over 400 miles from here and cannot pickup over the air. Very disappointed with the app.

App was working fine and still is but certain shows seasons and episodes such as “In the Cut”. Bounce app will not allow me to watch In the Cut season 1 episode 2. It keeps booting me out of the app when I try to play this particular season and episode. It’s strange how I can watch other seasons and episodes of that same show. SMH………

When will the app be updated with the new shows that are on Bounce TV?

I can’t stream

Act Your Age is a series on the Bounce network but it is not available on the Bounce app. However, other Bounce series ARE available via the app. Why is that?

Can search or find all shows on the app!! Horrible!

I don’t understand this app

When I downloaded the app to play the movie, I only got a trailer.

I didn’t have to add a credit card. Excited for the new things to come. Good luck on you future ventures 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥰

I am sorely disappointed in this app . I tried to out in what city that was close to me . It wouldn’t accept what I tried to use. I’m close to Nashville. I can watch a certain program on my tv roku. I can’t get the program on my phone or iPad?

I enjoy watching this channel on my smart devices since my cable provider doesn’t carry it. The app could use a little work to make it more user friendly.

I specifically downloaded this app to watch NCIS New Orleans on vacation. Now I see you don’t offer it. I watch it every day on this station on my tv. I will be deleting this app after this review.

Tried all username and emails gave an error message such a disappointment

I can’t get through to watch ANY show. The app keeps telling me that my user name and email are already in use. So I used my other email, changed the user name only to get the same message that the user name and email are already in use.

I cannot access the movie that is currently on Bounce on my tv. I want to watch It on my iPad and it won’t bring it up!

No matter what password or username it will not let me create an account.

This app is the worst ever!!! It keeps saying all my emails and user names have been taken. Y’all need to fix this ghetto crap. I wish I could have rated it a zero.

I was disappointed to learn that when I moved from a major city like New York to a rural area of North Carolina, I would loose access to the Bounce network because it’s not available on my Direct TV service that I currently have to have for any TV programming. I had grown to love & constantly watched Bounce when my family & I lived in New York because it allowed us to enjoy our programs for us & by us like Saints & Sinners & Johnson along with the variety of old & new movie classics, comedy etc. Then I was further disappointed to find out as I researched as to how to gain access to Bounce in rural North Carolina that I had to now purchase the Brown Sugar app in order to continue seeing my favorite programming from Bounce. We as your loyal customers should’ve been given some type of heads up to prepare us for what was in the works to be done when Bounce was being transitioned into Brown Sugar. It saddens me that Bounce nor Brown Sugar is available as programming on my Direct TV service at all. It should be included with my service package that I currently have on Direct TV which gives my family access to OUR other networks like TV One, BET, Aspire, CLEO TV, OWN, BHER! Bounce & Brown Sugar should be easily accessible to all of us no matter where we live! Let’s do better with providing this network service so we can continue to support you.

This app is difficult to navigate on an iPad. I can’t get to the selections and have to type in anything I may think I want to watch.

This app is not current it still doesn’t show the channel for Burnham, IL is 38.2 not 26.5

I enjoyed using the app to see the schedule of shows in my area, now the tv schedule won't show up.

Schedule screen has been blank for two months.
